EHC safeguards personal information and assures confidentiality.

Our Internet site collects no personally identifiable information about a person except what is specifically and knowingly provided.

EHC does not rent, sell, or exchange names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, or any other personal information about individuals. The only exception would be where EHC is required by law to provide such information.

Website Visitor information is not disclosed to anyone except EHC personnel who need the information, e.g., to respond to a request from you.

Credit card information is carefully guarded and is used only with an individual’s expressed permission to use it to process a donation to EHC or to make a purchase from EHC.

Credit card information is not stored electronically in a partner’s file in our systems.

Where credit card information is required, EHC will use the credit card number only for the purpose for which it was provided.

EHC only retains personal credit card and bank information for as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the disclosed purposes.

A professional shredding company disposes of names and addresses, or other confidential information no longer needed.

Human resources and personnel files are stored in locked filing cabinets.

All lists of names and other information that can be associated with names that are compiled for reports are shredded after use.

EHC uses contractual or other appropriate means to protect personal information in the hands of a third party working with EHC.

Personal information will only be available to authorized EHC personnel and third-party agents on a need-to-know basis.
